A colleague from Vietnamese will be giving me her Vietnamese style dessert using the lotus seeds and I am sure to experiment the dish.
In the meantime I will also be cooking the dessert with red bean. Have to source for other recipes as I have 3 kg of the raw lotus seeds to finish within 6 months. That's the duration I was told that the lotus seeds can be kept fresh. I still have some supply of the lotus seeds from the previous purchase I got from the market and it is still in the fridge!!
